CMS berät Turn/River Capital bei strategischer Investition in Redwood

CMS hat das Growth-Equity-Unternehmen Turn/River Capital bei seiner strategischen Investition in Höhe von 315 Millionen Euro in Redwood Software, einem führenden Anbieter von Cloud-basierten Lösungen zur Automatisierung von Geschäfts- und IT-Prozessen, beraten. Das in den Niederlanden ansässige Unternehmen Redwood bedient Tausende von globalen Unternehmenskunden und kann auf eine lange Geschichte zurückblicken, in der es seine Kunden mit leistungsstarken Automatisierungswerkzeugen versorgt hat. Die Investition von Turn/River wird Redwood in die Lage versetzen, die Entwicklung neuer Funktionen für seine branchenführende IT- und Geschäftsprozess-Automatisierungsplattform zu beschleunigen und so seine Führungsrolle bei der Entwicklung von Automatisierungswerkzeugen für den modernen Arbeitsplatz weiter auszubauen.
