Bär & Karrer beriet Quaestor Coach beim Zusammenschluss von Investarit durch Diem Client Partner

Quaestor Coach, eine unabhängige auf Buy-and-Build im Bereich der diskretionären Vermögensverwaltung spezialisierte Private Equity-Gruppe, hat heute bekanntgegeben, dass sich Investarit, eine in Zürich ansässige internationale Vermögensverwaltungsboutique und Partnerin für umfassende Vermögensverwaltungsdienstleistungen, mit Diem Client Partner, einer unabhängigen Vermögensverwaltungsboutique für vermögende Privatpersonen und institutionelle Anleger mit Sitz in Zürich, zusammenschliesst. Bär & Karrer war in dieser Transaktion als Rechtsberaterin von Quaestor Coach tätig.

Die Investition in Investarit folgt auf die Akquisition von Diem Client Partner durch Quaestor Coach im Dezember 2021.

Quaestor Coach informiert wie folgt über diese spannende Transaktion:

Investarit, a Zurich-based international wealth management boutique and partner for comprehensive asset management services and Diem Client Partner (DCP), a Zurich-based independent wealth management boutique for high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, have agreed to join forces and combine their current and future operations. The transaction unites two innovative, forward-looking and client-centric wealth management firms. Following the transaction, Investarit becomes a member of the DCP Group and will operate under its new name “Investarit by DCP” and a new branding. The transaction will leverage each other’s strengths to unlock synergies and providing private and institutional clients from Switzerland and Europe with individual, sustainable and future-proof investment solutions. Investarit’s investment style and team will remain unchanged and will benefit from the new shareholder’s complementary activities in real estate and private equity. Investarit will relocate to DCP’s offices in late 2022.

The transaction is an essential milestone of Quaestor Coach’s long-term growth strategy in Switzerland. It marks the second milestone in its buy & build strategy aimed at taking advantage of potential consolidation opportunities in the Swiss wealth management market. The investment in Investarit follows Quaestor Coach’s initial transaction in Diem Client Partner (DCP) in December 2021. Investarit’s state-of-the-art organization, dynamic management team and unique investment style provide Quaestor Coach with additional key wealth management capabilities and experienced senior professionals in Switzerland.
